1. Singri ki Sabzi:

1. Chole Bhature:
Chole bhature is a food dish popular in the Northern areas of the Indian subcontinent. It is a combination of chana masala and bhatura/puri, a deep-fried bread made from Maida.
2. Pav Bhaji:
Pav bhaji is a fast-food dish from Haryana consisting of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. Its origins are in the state of Haryana.
